Each session is for 60 minutes at the same time every week. The cost is £50 per session. Sessions are on a weekly basis.

72 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Payment by bank transfer.

I offer therapy sessions in-person in Hackney. I have availability on Thursday evenings. Please contact me to discuss other times.

Locations

I work out of two locations in Hackney: on Mare Street and on Kingsland Road. My therapy practice offers a peaceful and welcoming space for individuals seeking Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy. 

Mare Street - Space To Be You

I work on Thursdays from Space To Be You on Mare Street, very close to London Fields. My room is on  the 1st Floor of Mare Street Wing, St Joseph's Hospice. The rooms are are all designed by a practicing psychotherapist with guidance from an interior designer and an architect.

Both London Fields and Cambridge Heath stations Overground (Weaver line) are very close and Bethnal Green underground (Central line) is about a 13 minute walk away.  The following buses run down Mare Street: 26, 106, 254 and D6.

Kingsland Road - Hackney Therapy 

On Tuesdays, I work out of Hackney Therapy on Kingsland Road in the heart of Hackney,

My room is located on the ground floor of a beautiful Edwardian listed property. The room is sound-insulated to provide a private and confidential setting for your therapy session. 342 Kingsland Road, E8 4DA is easily accessible by bus and Overground (Windrush line).

The nearest station is Haggerston Overground and within easy reach of Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, Hackney Downs and Hackney Central stations. The following buses run down Kingsland Road: 394, 149, 242, 243 and the bus stops for 26, 55 and 236 are also close by.
